Design for screen printing

This artwork started as an observational drawing, I then added collage and colour for the final piece. I then created line drawings from the work and used them to further create screen prints for my clothing. (See examples below).
This is a digital design for a jumper using my original observational drawing edited to black and white line drawings. This design is clear and would be targeted at the bands fans. I decided to have Dappy on the front of the design, because he is the most well known band member, I also put the band name on the right arm sleeve. The group call their fans Dublets so I also included that phrase within my design mainly on the hood of the jumper.

These are shots of myself, modeling my t-shirt designs that I had used the screen printing method to print onto t-shirts. I did this as extra work towards that unit. In my opinion the colour's worked well but the design could have been better. I could have improved the design by putting two band members at the bottom of the t-shirt (at the front) and the other member at the top, leaving room for the chains to go over the shoulders and connecting with the chains on the back.
These are shots of another design, I experimented on a different colour t-shirt using different coloured ink's and changed the composition. The composition I used on this design works better then the previous design but the colours are not effective and do not work against the deep blue, therefore being the main thing I would improve on reflection.
