Multiple Colour and Use of Repitition

This is a image of my experiment with repetition, pattern and colour. I did this print on A1 black paper to make the prints appear brighter. The sweet pattern is from a observational drawing I did from sweets. I transformed my drawing into line, and applied it to a screen to get the exact same image within the repetition. I decided to repeat the image the way I did so the colours could take priority over the image.

  

This a single print experiment with the colours and the image with the black background. This is the reason I wanted the colours to be brighter on the above pattern. It is noticable that the blue within this print, blends into the black. I did not choose red and blue for my repeat pattern because of this.
